What is the deadline to buy tickets?


To be eligible for the current week's draw, tickets must be purchased before 7:45pm on any Wednesday the raffle is still active. The draw will be at approximately 8:o0 and will be streamed live on the Kin Clubs Chase the Ace Facebook Event Page.




What is Chase the Ace?


Chase the Ace is a weekly raffle with a progressive jackpot element. Ticket holders participate ONLY in the week they purchase tickets. Ticketholders are eligible to win a weekly prize which consists of 20% of the current week's sales. Now here's the Chase the Ace part.... The weekly winner has a chance to pick an envelope numbered 1-52 and if they choose the envelope with the Ace of Spades, they win the progressive jackpot which is 30% of every week's sales. If the weekly winner doesn't choose the Ace...the game plays on...and the jackpot keeps building.




How are the winners chosen?


A gaming lab certified random number generator is used to select a winner from all the ticketholders in the current week. For envelope selection, the weekly winner be phoned and can select which envelope they want opened. If the weekly winner cannnot be reached, a designated proxy will choose an envelope for them.





Purchasing FAQ

I'm having problems with my credit card. What do I do?


There can be a lot of reasons credit cards get declined. A raffle is a form of gambling and as such a gambling-friendly credit card processor must be used. More familiar credit card processors such as Paypal and Stripe do not support gambling and therefore cannot be used. We use a company called Paysafe. Our processor accepts Visa Credit, Mastercard Credit, Visa Debit and Visa Credit. The postal code inputted also has to match the address on file at your bank. If you have moved, please ensure your postal code matches. If you've recently had suspicious activity on your card, your bank may also deny the processing of the card. This is for your safety, and you will have to use another card.




How do I change, cancel or manage my subscription?

There are two areas that can be troublesome for some people: GEOLOCATION You must be located in the province to qualify for purchase of tickets. To determine if you are in the province geolocation technology is utilized.

  • Make sure your location services on your device are turned on
  • Allow popups in your browser
  • Accept our enquiry to locate you
If we cannot locate you, please try another device. Due to the technologies used, changing from using wifi and moving to cellular or vice versa may also help. Also please ensure your postal code matches the postal code information on record at your bank.

I'm in Saskatchewan but the site says I'm not. Why?


Through experience we have found that this is indeed very possible. Here are some scenarios: 1. Bell & Rogers phones can get geolocated out of province if on cellular. 2. If you're on a corporate network, you may be located wherever your head office is. Geolocation is not a perfect science. It definetely can make errors. We recommend switching your connectivity or trying a different device. If you're using cellular, try turning it off and using wifi. If you're using wifi, try turning it off and use cellular. Every circustance is different. We are genuinely very sorry for any inconvenience but SLGA regulations have to be followed.




I'm in Saskatchewan but the site doesn't know where I am.


This likely means your location services is off on your mobile device, or you have refused to allow the browser to locate you. We then have no way of locating you in Saskatchewan. 1. Make sure your mobile device location services is turned on 2. Allow pop ups on your browser 3. Try again. This may mean refreshing your browser.




What if I already hit "Don't Allow" when my browser asked me?


Reloading the page should cause you to be prompted to share your location again. If you have specified that you never want to share your location, you will need to go into your settings to allow your browser to locate you. You may also need to clear your cache. If you're still having problems, there is no harm in trying a different browser.
